To change your subscription information, login into your Kabrita Account

  1. Click on the ManageSubscription link in the menu, then click on your subscription.
  2. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click on Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions and provide a reason for cancellation. You will then receive confirmation that your subscription was canceled.

To change your subscription information, log in to your Kabrita Account.

  1. Once you are logged in, click on Payment Methods in the subscription menu
  2. Click on the dropdown on your current method, then click on Edit Payment Method
  3. Then, click on the Send update email. You will then be sent a link that will direct you to our website to securely update your credit card.

For Shop App users:

  • In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.
  • Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  • Do one of the following:
  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.
  • Click Update.

To change your subscription information, login into your Kabrita Account

  1. Click View Upcoming Orders in the subscription menu
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Skip this Order.
  3. You will receive a confirmation box. Click on the Skip this Order button. Once confirmed, you will see the new Next order date under the Next order section.

As our fulfillment process happens quite fast, we are not able to cancel orders after they have left our warehouse. Please make sure to cancel or skip your order prior to your next charge date.

If you have just moved, make sure to change your address in your Kabrita subscription account before your next shipment is sent. To change your subscription shipping address, log in to your Kabrita Account here: https://kabrita.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access

You will always receive a reminder email from us 3 days before the next shipment. If you need to make a change to your mailing address on a recently processed order, please email us at hello@kabrita.ca with your name, order number. and include the full address, including your zip code. Orders are processed quickly and we typically cannot make any changes once our fulfillment partner has received the order. We will try our best to make the change before your order ships.

No, discount codes cannot be used as our subscription product is already discounted.
