Orders are usually fulfilled within hours of receiving them at our warehouse. Please send us a message via our chat or send an email to hello@kabrita.ca with your name and order number. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled if your order is in fulfillment process. If you need to make a change to your mailing address, please include the full address including your zip code and we will try our best to make the change before your order ships.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order leaves our warehouse we are unable to redirect the package as shipping is done through third party carriers such as UPS, FedEx etc.
Please do not feed the product to your child if the packaging is damaged. If the product was purchased from our website, we will replace the product for you as soon as possible. Please send us a message via the Contact Us button below, or send us an email to hello@kabrita.ca with your order number, as well as pictures of the dent and the bottom of the tin.
Depending on your state, you may see tax added to your order. This is something that is mandatory and cannot be waived.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received one within 72 business hours after placing your order, please contact Customer Service.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100*. Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
We do not accept returns to our warehouse to ensure the safety of our product. We do not issue credit or replacements for any unused products*.
Reselling our products is strictly prohibited. For more information, please contact Customer Service at hello@kabrita.ca.
We are unable to refund purchases from other retailers. Please contact them directly for a return or replacement. In addition, we encourage our customers to avoid purchasing from third-party retailers such as eBay as we cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours. Any order placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Once shipped, depending on your location, orders expect to be delivered within 2-4 business days *orders may take longer than 4 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed AFTER 2pm EST on a Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. Additionally, holidays that fall on business days will also affect when orders ship out as well.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday will ship the same day, with delivery typically in 2-4 business days*. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will ship the following business day.
If you have tracked your order and the status is Pending, please check your tracking information on the next business day for an update as FedEx, UPS or USPS may be updating this information.
