Naturally A2 Milk
All mammalian milks contain two types of proteins: whey and casein. Casein can further be categorized into A1 beta-casein and A2 beta-casein. A1 beta-casein is typically found in conventional cow’s milk and may be associated with tummy troubles. Unlike A1 milk, A2 milk has not been associated with tummy troubles such as abdominal pain, stool frequency changes and constipation. Goat milk is A2 beta-casein dominant and naturally contains no A1 beta-casein.
