1. ELIGIBILITY
   

   Empowered Formula Feeding Webinar Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who complete and submit a survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/235GTKS. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Kabrita USA's employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”) as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees members, are ineligible to participate in the Empowered Formula Feeding Webinar Sweepstakes.
   
   

2. SPONSORSHIP
   

   The sponsor is Kabrita USA (“Sponsor”), located at 6 Pardee Avenue, Suite 101, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K3H5. The Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
   
   

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES
   

   By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Empowered Formula Feeding Webinar Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Empowered Formula Feeding Webinar Sweepstakes.
   
   

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD
   

   This promotion begins on April 30, 2021, at 12:00 pm ET and ends on May 6, 2021, at 11:59 pm ET (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
   
   

5. HOW TO ENTER
   

   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/235GTKS (the “Website”), and fill out the survey questions. Once you have fully completed the survey, click the “submit” button to complete your entry (the “Entry”). To be eligible, your Entry must be received within the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into the sweepstakes (see Rule 7).
   
   There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address permitted during the Sweepstakes Period. For greater certainty, you can only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that you have attempted to: (i) submit more than one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period; or (ii) use more than one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes; then (in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and all of your Entries may be voided. Your Entry will automatically be rejected if the survey is not fully completed and submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Use of any automated system to enter or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.

6. THE PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE
   

   There will be one (1) prize available to be won. The prize will consist of one Amazon.com e-gift card valued at $100.00 USD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferrable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash reward. The prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appear on the official Sweepstakes survey entry form. The Sponsor is not responsible if the event is canceled, delayed or rescheduled for any reason.
   
   

7. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
   

   On Friday, May 7, in Toronto, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 am ET, one (1) eligible participant will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of Eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
   
   Before being declared a winner: The selected participant will be contacted by email and notified that they are eligible to win. The selected participant must reply by email within two (2) business days of notification. The Sponsor will then email the prize directly to the participant to redeem.
   
   If selected participant: (1) cannot be contacted by email within (1) calendar days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate participant from the remaining eligible entries until all prizes have been distributed. Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants.
   
   The Sponsor will not be liable for any failure of the Website during the Sweepstakes; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes.
   
   All Entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in this Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Sweepstakes will be the Sweepstakes server machine(s).
   
   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this Sweepstakes (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend these Rules without prior notice or obligation, for any reason whatsoever including in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind.
   
   By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her Entry only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy unless the entrant otherwise agrees.

    Without limitation, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes; for a technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any Entry to be received by the Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes.
    
    

11. DISPUTES
    

    The entrant agrees as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, that disputes not resolved between the participant and the Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a local state court, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. PRIVACY POLICY
    

    By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsors the right to use his/her name, and e-mail address (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including contacting and announcing the Winner. The entrant acknowledges that his/her Personal Information is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to any third-party agents.
    
    

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    

    All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans, and representations are owned by the Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
    
    

14. AFFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO ALL OF THE OFFICIAL RULES
    

    By entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
